The Last Five Years is an intimate musical that explores the rise and unraveling of a relationship between Jamie, a charismatic young writer, and Cathy, an actor fighting for her big break. Through raw honesty and unforgettable songs by Jason Robert Brown, the show traces how love can ignite with possibility and still crack under the weight of ambition, timing, and the things left unsaid. It’s a bittersweet look at two people who care deeply for each other but can’t seem to grow in the same direction.
