About This Event
“Enjoy the peace of twilight at Goodell Gardens and mindfully watch the night begin. Richard Gosnell, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and astronomy lecturer, will lead the group in the practice of some basic skills of mindfulness and meditation as we experience the celestial and Earth-bound show. When performed repeatedly, these practices help you to quiet your mind by encouraging a deeper connection with the twilight environment; relax an overactive mind; and enhance greater sensitivity to the patterns of nature.

Member: $15.00
Non-member: $20.00
*If it is dry we will proceed to the labyrinth so wear waterproof shoes and dress for the weather. If it is raining, we will stay in the event barn.
